The hayride was the premiere autumn student event at Davis College from the late 1970s until the mid 1990s. Music, dance, great food, and hayrides created a fun event for all. $1858 Davis College Give Back
It’s our community that has made us successful all of these years; therefore, it is a priority for Davis College to give back to the community. It is a goal of the year-long celebration to give $1858 (representing the founding year of Davis) each month to a charity chosen by the students, faculty, staff, and administration.

geocaching
Davis College is proud to introduce its own geocache site “It’s all about where
you’re going.”
What is geocaching? (pronounced like geo-“cashing” a check)
Geocaching is a scavenger hunt game that people play with a hand-held GPS. As a site, we give a general location and some clues, and they come looking for it. The sites are all over the world and we now are one of them for our 150th year!
Generally a geocacher finds a trinket to take and then leaves one for the next treasure hunter.
In our geocache, we are putting a limited edition 150th Anniversary coin for them to take. We are also asking them to take a picture of themselves with the 150th t-shirt with a supplied disposable camera.
To learn more visit www.geocaching.com. Take a look if you are interested.
You do need to register to see our site and the comments, but it is free.
