Policies

Students wishing to buy textbooks need to present a valid Student ID for Bookstore Purchases. This integral step now being required in other areas of the college is designed to ensure security and confidence in bookstore purchases and business transactions.

Return Periods
No returns may be made after Week 4 of the current quarter. Students taking Session C classes may return their books up to Week 7. Please present your receipt at the time of the return.

Condition of Materials
All returned books need to be in new condition, in their original packaging where applicable, and contain no written marks. All software discs need to be included in their original and unopened state.

Refunds
All refunds will be processed through the business office and applied to the student account.

Davis College Policy states that Bookstore employees may not charge books or supplies to a student account for the following reasons:

Financial Aid Refund Check has been sent and/or received to/by student

Overdue Resource Center Materials

Resource Center Fines
